How to

Learn how to create your page

Fast dissemination

The goal of this portal is the fast dissemination of simple projects. We strongly believe that simplicity is needed to convey a message online. For this reason we recommend organizing your notes into 4 or 5 sections. When I'm ready, choose the template you like best, insert the objectives of your studies accompanied by explanatory photos and publish your page.

Map telling

A map is better than a thousand words.

If your project includes data related to spatial information you could convey them through geographic maps.

Maps can show points of interest and routes that can be customized to make your notes more catchy.

Single page scrolling project

Tell your project on a single page to capture the attention of your interlocutor. Force yourself to eliminate the superfluous.

Make an effort to organize your notes into 4 or 5 macro sections and insert them on the page, from top to bottom, so that they are ordered chronologically or logically from top to bottom.

Import Maps from Google

Create your maps first on Google and then import them into our platform, to make them more attractive and focus on communication.

Often those dealing with spatial data use Google maps or Google Earth to create their own points of interest and measure distances and routes. Don't throw this job away, import it into Eidolon.

What’s a tamplate?

Templates contain the fundamental information for the contents layout on the web page, so that contents are not a simple list of unformatted information. Our templates, once used, preload some placeholder content; in this way the user can trace the length of the paragraphs, get an idea of the size of the images that must be loaded in order to obtain an orderly and pleasing result.
